4. Principles of use:

1. For well sections with lighter eccentric wear, install one set in the middle of each sucker rod.

2. In well sections with heavy eccentric wear, install one set in the middle and one end of each sucker rod. 3. For well sections with heavy wear, install one set at both ends and in the middle of each sucker rod.

5. How to use:

1. Select the specifications and quantity of KZL nylon centralizer according to the sucker rod and eccentric wear conditions.

2. During installation, remove oil and rust at the installation position of the sucker rod body, and then apply special glue.

Align the grooves and convex edges of the two centralizers and use a special tool to drive them into position.

3. When the centralizer is lowered into the well, a sucker rod guide is installed at the wellhead.

4. If the centralizer used to lift the centralizer from the oil well is 1/3 worn off or damaged, it should be replaced.

6. Things to note:

1. During the installation process of the centralizer, direct knocking and collision are strictly prohibited, and special tools must be used.

2. A sucker rod guide must be installed.
